A 5% service fee is applied to every exchange, with a minimum of 10 USD for smaller amounts — for other currencies converted at the live rate. There are no hidden spreads, no subscription and no registration cost.

Depending on the banking route, it can take up to 3 business days until your transaction is completed – for international transfers up to 7 business days.

Small amounts: on €100 the 5% would be €5, so the minimum fee of $10 applies instead — converted into EUR at the live rate (e.g. about €8.50–€9.50), and the remainder is converted.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does a transaction take?
Depending on the banking route, it can take up to 3 business days until your transaction is completed – for international transfers up to 7 business days. Crypto payouts are usually processed faster once your fiat payment has arrived.
What does the service cost?
A 5% service fee is deducted from every exchange, with a minimum of 10 USD. For EUR or CHF exchanges the minimum is converted at the live rate. If 5% of your amount is above the minimum, only the 5% apply. You see the exact fee and the amount you receive before you confirm.
Are there limits per transfer?
Yes. The minimum is 50 EUR / USD / CHF (or 50 USDC when selling), the maximum is 49,000 USD per transfer. Other currencies and USDC amounts are converted at the live rate to check the limit. In addition, every customer can create one exchange request every 6 hours, regardless of the amount – a countdown in your account shows when the next one is possible.
Which assets can I exchange?
EUR, USD or CHF to USDC, and USDC back to EUR, USD or CHF. You pick the delivery network for USDC inside your account when you create a request – always double-check that your wallet supports it.
Is the exchange rate fixed?
The rate shown is the live market price at the moment you create your request. It is stored with your request so you always know what was agreed.
Who actually executes my exchange?
SAM Technologies LLC only provides this software. Every exchange, payment and payout is carried out by independent, licensed partner companies that you contract with directly – SAM Technologies LLC never holds your funds and is not a party to the transaction.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Our licensed partners are legally required to verify their customers. If a verification is needed, you complete it directly with the partner or its verification provider – the software itself does not collect or store identity documents.
